After handover we take repair requests, assess problems, carry out repairs and advise on maintenance. The warranty period and scope are written into the contract; for issues outside it, we offer paid repair, cleaning and membrane replacement.

Warranty period, scope and exclusions follow the contract. Man-made damage, extreme weather or natural events beyond design standards, missing maintenance, unauthorised changes and third-party work are not covered.
