Factory fabrication underpins site quality
Parts are finished in the factory to drawings, so site work is mainly assembly. This limits dimensional errors and coating damage from on-site cutting and welding.

Site safety and management
- Work areas are fenced and signed, with exclusion zones during lifting.
- Work at height uses protective equipment as required by regulations.
- For sites that stay in use, work areas, hours and vehicle and pedestrian routes are agreed in advance.
- The site is cleared and temporary works removed on completion.

Construction notes and disclaimer
- The contract sets the timeline. Delays not caused by us, such as severe weather, owner design changes, a site not ready for work or third-party delays, extend the timeline accordingly.
- Where site conditions differ from the drawings or owner information, both parties reconfirm the scheme before work continues; resulting costs are agreed separately.
- Foundations, embeds, demolition and other work by the owner or a third party remain that party’s responsibility for quality and safety.
- After handover, structural changes or added loads such as signs, lights or solar panels without our written confirmation, and any resulting damage, fall outside the warranty.
- During construction the owner helps manage people and vehicles on site; non-workers must stay out of the work area.

Who builds the foundations?
The owner usually arranges foundation construction. We can guide column positions and embeds, then check the handover dimensions, levels and acceptance records before installation. The project contract confirms the division of work.
How do you handle projects outside Henan?
Projects are managed directly from our Xingyang factory; we have no branch offices. Parts ship by freight or dedicated truck, and our own crews travel to site as the project requires.
Can the site stay in use during construction?
Phased or scheduled work can be discussed, but people and vehicles must keep out of work and lifting zones. Arrangements are confirmed before mobilisation.
What does acceptance cover?
Usually appearance, steel connections and tightness, membrane tension, drainage and document handover; the contract sets the exact items.
Can we add lights, solar panels or signs to the canopy later?
Only after our written confirmation. Additions increase loads and change how the structure works; damage from unapproved additions is outside the warranty.
