1. Content and ownership

Rights in its text, photographs, drawings, video, layouts and marks belong to the company or the relevant rights holders, depending on source notices, permissions and applicable law. Displaying a third-party trademark, product name or standard does not establish ownership of it or necessarily indicate endorsement or a partnership.

Project photographs may involve separate rights held by photographers, owners, designers and other participants. Displaying a project does not automatically mean the company owns all related work or can sublicense it to visitors. AI involvement does not automatically remove third-party copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights.

2. Quoting and using website materials

You are welcome to share ordinary page links so others can see the original context. Reasonable use for personal study or preliminary project assessment should retain necessary source and rights notices and comply with applicable law. This policy does not improperly restrict lawful quotation, fair use or other statutory exceptions.

Identify the material, purpose, distribution and duration so the relevant permission can be confirmed. Public availability does not grant unrestricted copying or sublicensing rights.

Do not remove or falsify watermarks, sources, author details or AI labels, or present our project examples as your own work. Permitted quotations should not distort meaning, omit limiting conditions or imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist. Permission to use a material is not authorisation for structural design or construction.

3. Reporting a rights concern
