Guidance on using website materials, requesting permission and raising rights or content concerns.
1. Content and ownership
This website is operated by 河南省青松膜结构工程有限公司. Rights in its text, photographs, drawings, video, layouts and marks belong to the company or the relevant rights holders, depending on source notices, permissions and applicable law. Displaying a third-party trademark, product name or standard does not establish ownership of it or necessarily indicate endorsement or a partnership.
Project photographs may involve separate rights held by photographers, owners, designers and other participants. Displaying a project does not automatically mean the company owns all related work or can sublicense it to visitors. AI involvement does not automatically remove third-party copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights.
2. Quoting and using website materials
You are welcome to share ordinary page links so others can see the original context. Reasonable use for personal study or preliminary project assessment should retain necessary source and rights notices and comply with applicable law. This policy does not improperly restrict lawful quotation, fair use or other statutory exceptions.
For bulk republication, commercial promotion, resale, adaptation or use of images, drawings or marks in tenders and project documents, please first contact us by telephone or WeChat. Identify the material, purpose, distribution and duration so the relevant permission can be confirmed. Public availability does not grant unrestricted copying or sublicensing rights.
Do not remove or falsify watermarks, sources, author details or AI labels, or present our project examples as your own work. Permitted quotations should not distort meaning, omit limiting conditions or imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist. Permission to use a material is not authorisation for structural design or construction.
3. Reporting a rights concern
If you are a rights holder or authorised representative and believe website content infringes your rights, call +86 185 3947 5789 and identify it as a copyright or content complaint. You may also add WeChat 18539475789 to send written materials. Address: Qingsong membrane structure factory, Miaowang Road, Xingyang, Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Please provide:
- The full address of the relevant page and the location of the image or text, with a screenshot if helpful.
- Your name or organisation, a reply contact and your capacity as rights holder or representative.
- The original work, first-publication record, permission chain or other evidence supporting your claim. Representatives should explain their authority.
- The specific concern, the action requested and a statement that your information is true and accurate.
Provide only information needed to handle the complaint; do not initially send complete identity documents. If key information is missing, we will explain what is needed. General corrections, likeness and privacy complaints can use the same channel without being framed as a copyright claim.
4. Review, action and disagreement
Once a report identifies the relevant material, we will check the content and its source. Depending on the evidence, urgency and applicable law, action may include clarification, suspension, removal or other necessary steps. We may consult the contributor or relevant parties and use complaint information only as needed for the investigation and as permitted by law.
A contributor may provide evidence of source, permission or reasons the content is not infringing. If you disagree with a decision, you may seek a further review through the same channel. Formal statutory notices, counter-notices and judicial proceedings remain subject to their applicable legal requirements. This page does not claim registration of a designated copyright agent in any jurisdiction.
Removal does not automatically eliminate liability that has already arisen. Nor does “found online” establish that material is freely usable. Reports and responses should be accurate and made in good faith, without obstructing lawful expression. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
