What affects the quality of a membrane structure project?

Membrane project quality is not determined by fabric thickness or visible smoothness alone. Design boundaries, materials, cutting, support accuracy, tensioning and maintenance interact; changes to any stage can affect the result.
Check design assumptions against actual conditions
Site use, supports, ground and surroundings should match the design. Later lighting, advertising, screens or other additions can change loading conditions, so review more than their appearance.
Maintain material and fabrication traceability
Match product models, batches, orientation, joining processes and panel numbers to fabrication records. Connections depend on the product and design, not a universal adhesive method. Attractive seams alone do not prove strength.
Keep installation and maintenance records connected
Check supports, fixed connections, tensioning and drainage during construction and handover. Record subsequent cleaning, repairs and observations after unusual weather. Investigate causes before repeating local repairs and overlooking changes in the system.
