Repeated units create a continuous space
Compared with separate small shelters, connected membranes visually join a longer activity area. Define whether the space serves rest, events or circulation before selecting supports and coverage length, so unnecessary areas are not included in the roof.
Plan for how a public plaza is used
Event layouts, pedestrian routes, lighting and rainwater collection affect everyday use. Check the positions and additional loads of temporary stages, displays or seasonal decorations separately. Exposed supports and cables are not unrestricted hanging points.
