Membrane tents for hotels: uses and accommodation requirements

Hotel membrane tents may serve rest, dining, reception or accommodation, and those uses should not be compared as one. Long-term accommodation requires coordinated enclosure, indoor environment, plumbing, building services and maintenance beyond roof form.
Event shelters and guest rooms have different needs
Event shelters prioritise shade, rain protection and openness. Guest rooms also need privacy, insulation, acoustics, airtightness and condensation control. A single membrane does not automatically provide a complete guest-room envelope; linings and assemblies must match the brief.
Site conditions affect practical use
Terrain, foundations, roads, drainage and services affect construction and ongoing operation. Lightweight appearance or demountable components do not remove ground-support, drainage or long-term-use requirements. Coordinate architecture, structure and building services.
Request the full delivery scope
Specify whether the price covers the membrane structure, envelope or a complete serviced interior, with materials, inspections, handover, warranty and maintenance. Do not apply transmission figures, durations or warranties from other products or projects.
