Membrane EV Charging Carport Beside a Scenic-Site Building in Jincheng
At a scenic site in Jincheng, Shanxi, Qingsong Membrane Structures arranged this charging carport to suit the space beside an existing building. A light-colored membrane roof runs along the traditional-style facade. Charging stations beneath it adjoin the paved parking area, with an internal road in front. Dark eaves, gray walls and the white canopy create distinct visual layers.

A light-colored roof beside the building
The carport sits below the main building's upper eaves and extends along its gray wall. Dark eaves, gray masonry and the light-colored membrane remain visually distinct. The canopy edge rises and falls with the repeated supports while leaving the building's facade profile visible.
Rows of charging equipment and parking space
Several charging units stand on the paving beneath the canopy, with the continuous roof following their alignment. A road runs along the outer side, and a pedestrian crossing lies near the end. Parking, charging operations and pedestrian access meet within this area.

Access routes and equipment spacing
When planning charging and parking facilities at a scenic site, vehicle entry, exit and pedestrian routes can be reviewed together before setting column positions and equipment spacing. Space for operating and servicing the chargers should also be included in the layout, rather than locating chargers solely around the roof shape.
The color palette and roof-edge profile of a scenic-site carport can be selected in relation to the existing building and charging-area layout.
