When a wastewater cover is part of refurbishment, ask the process lead to explain the existing treatment flow. The membrane design must coordinate with equipment, operation and maintenance; it does not replace process-redesign work.
Keep the cover and treatment process distinct
Itemise the cover, collection interfaces and process-equipment changes separately. Confirm what is needed and who designs it against the actual refurbishment aims.
